40 Days to Personal Revolution at Be Luminous Yoga

At it’s essence, the 40 day program is about developing skills and practices which help you cultivate inner fulfillment: a deep sense of well-being, vitality and flourishing that you can experience even in the face of life’s gnarliest challenges.
Sounds good, huh? Who doesn’t want to dip into an interior well of peace and comfort anytime?
Through 40 days of sustained yoga practice, meditation, and self-inquiry, you will gain insight into how you can change patterns that no longer serve you, and how to cultivate practices and patterns that free you to act more fully from your true Self…which is the surest way to live a life full of meaning, peace and altruism.
Once again, I have teamed up with Scott to enrich the whole health/nutrition aspects of 40 Days to Personal Revolution. During our 40 days together, we will guide you through a program of energy-restoring, life-enhancing, health wisdom. Each week in the series will build upon the next, with a consistent emphasis on a balanced stress-reduced life — one which incorporates yoga, rest, sunlight, healthier eating, and mindful breathing.
Who should revolutionize? Any of you who:

- 40 days of yoga (You’ll be practicing six days out of seven for 40 days…woohoo! You can do a gentle home practice or take more restorative classes when your body needs rest)
- Daily meditation with top-notch instruction from Scott (he teaches from YEARS of experience which makes all the difference)
- 21-day cleanse with supplements and guidance
- Guidance on nourishing, whole living
- Weekly home-study questions to spark self-reflection and self-discovery

Start date: Initial meeting is Sunday May 6th 1:30-3:30 p.m. Weekly meetings will be Tuesday nights from 7:20-9:00 pm. Final meeting Friday June 15th 6 to 8 pm. All meetings are at Be Luminous Yoga.
