Most of us experience health “funks” from time to time. Even though we do our best to eat healthfully, get to the yoga studio, and go to bed early, we all know what it’s like to have our health routines fall flat.
A spring cleanse is the perfect opportunity to peel yourself off the floor and out of a health funk with clarity and intention. (And if you are already feeling healthy and shiny, a spring cleanse is a lovely polish!)
If you’ve never done a cleanse before, don’t worry! The Be Luminous Cleanse will allow you to work and exercise regularly, something that’s hard to do on a liquid-only or nutritionally-spare detox. And yes, you get to eat real food! The Be Luminous Spring Cleanse also includes highly nutritious, detox-specific supplements.
