Perfect. This is a comprehensive program that incorporates current nutrition, whole foods, exercise information, behavioral and stress management skills, and invaluable strategies borrowed from cutting-edge brain science.
You’ll learn how to eat again (real food), as well as how to tune into your body to hear what it needs. You’ll find out how to manage food cravings, and discover how to respond to emotional hunger with patience, friendliness and a good dose of humor.

- Weekly assignments and action plans.
- A one-on-one private consultation with me. In this 80-minute session, I will help you customize your eating and healthy living plan. We will discuss the concept of a sane-eating toolbox, and begin adding tools for long-term success. You’ll also receive expert nutritional/herbal supplementation recommendations to maintain great health and optimal metabolism.

The Details
When: Seminars will run Tuesday evenings 6:30-8:15PM on January 25, February 1, 8, 15 and March 1, 8, 15, 22 (no class on February 22nd due to Winter Break)
Where: Hotel Max’s swank conference room (on the corner of 7th and Stewart). We’ll meet in the lobby at 6:15PM on the first class day.
