Teleclass Update

I am no longer offering teleclasses.

After a year of leading teleclasses, I’ve learned I have more fun, connect more meaningfully with people, and ultimately teach better in person. I’m a thrive-on-eye-contact & deeper connections kind of person.  From now on, any classes I teach will be listed under local events.

I’ll update my site soon to reflect these changes.

You have such great insight… I have been letting go on all the things I am “supposed” to be doing to be perfect and letting myself enjoy life a little more. It is a slow process, but the examples you gave yesterday and the wisdom you shared made so much sense. I have been living in the service of guilt for way too long and using food to satisfy my need for pleasure. Little by little I will give myself more time during the daylight hours to have time for myself too! It is all very exciting.

Your class on emotional eating was amazing. I loved the word “awkwardness” to describe what I so often think of as “pain” (and therefore run away from). Such a gentle and compassionate perspective!
